Booking an Appointment

Online Booking is our preferred method of setting up appointments. You are not required to enter your credit card information or make a deposit. When selecting your service, you are shown all available days/times an appointment is available. This helps eliminate back & forth and any miscommunications that can occur through texting to book.

 

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hrs. to receive notice of a cancellation and plan for the following day. 

With notice of less than 24 hours, a charge of 50% of the services scheduled will be billed to you through invoice. If you have a Gift Certificate or Prepayment on file, the amount will be paid from your balance.

 

No Show Policy

In the event of a No Show, you will be billed the full amount of services reserved. If you have a Gift Certificate or Prepayment on file, the amount will be paid from your balance.

Purchase Gift Certificate

You can purchase a Gift Certificate directly through the website. You can choose to have the Gift Certificate emailed to the recipient or you may print it out from your computer. 

We do have paper Gift Certificates available in a box on the studio door. You can come by and pick one up anytime. You would text your order to us and receive an invoice through text. When the invoice is paid, you receive a confirmation number to fill in on the gift certificate.
