Appointment Policy: Deposits are refundable if appointment is cancelled 24h or more before appointment start time. If you cannot keep an appointment, I PREFER THAT YOU RESCHEDULE to a later date so that your deposit will move forward. When I issue a refund, I still have to pay the CC service fee for taking your payment. Within 24h of appointment start time DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE and pays for the time reserved for you.
